Day 1

Day one,
I have finally accepted I will not be doing anything a really like doing for the next 12 months.

If you know a one handed pursuit I'd love to know. I'm going nuts not being able to ride, polo, trick, build, knit, and dance.

Epic fail novatech

Poor Tom, sheered the axel clean off both sides. The nuts and cones are still attached to the forks.
He came off in good condition and scared the shit out of everyone following in the high speed skate bowl racing those cross overs are a mental.

So you want to build a polobike eh?

My good friend Sam wanted a polo bike, but Sam wanted to build it.
So I obliged, and striped it down to start from almost scratch.
I don't think Sam was expecting this.

Big thanks to Berlin Dan (rodan) for the goose frame (you did know it's bent right?).

P.s. Next week cutting the malvern scar in half with a friction disc....

Trapped on ye olde land

Everyone sounds polite, but I think it's the accent. I'm trapped until 1pm in the airport, my flight cancelled, baggage? They said I'd find out soon. I got here at 4 am here time. Need sleep or just more coffee... Oh and I get weird looks when I take photos go figure.

Gotta catch 'em all Post Modern

If you get a chance check out these great little customs made by Post Modern Motorcycles.

They have the best names for these little gems, and who wouldn't love a affordable custom that makes you look a thousand feet tall, and you can ride at 100% of throttle all the time.

This eye catchers the called Dear John.

Fixed Tuesday - Epic Ride to Nowhere...

Tuesdays Epic ride to nowhere, we went from the city, Exeter to be exact down to the Port Adelaide, then over to Port Wakefield expressway, in hunt of some elusive ghost ships, thanks Darren, after loosing a few of the crew we headed back to the light house to down some drinks and do some tricks.
Additional big thanks to Rick & Dan for adding some much needed flair to my backpack for Berlin.

B & N Winter Classic

Shots snapped at the B&N Winter Classic.
Spectacular day, great turnout for the race. The Le Man style start had the guys and dolls shooting up and down what almost looked like a Normandy landing, with little green tree protectors like cal-tropes all the way up the birch.
Hugs new alloy beast was amazing, Kim at North Adelaide Cycles was really pleased with how it turned out. Hugs seemed stoked too.

I'll be chucking more up on flickr when i can.
